Passport Processing
The Village of Webster can process your passport application by appointment only during normal business hours from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. It's important to note that both parents or legal guardians must be present for children under 16 years old.
Adult passport renewals will only be processed if the photo is taken here. Adult renewals are not subject to the $35 processing fee and you may send them in on your own; the Village will send the application in for you as a courtesy for getting the photo done in our office with a mailing fee of $5.00.
Checks are the preferred payment method (generally 2 per application are required) however, we also accept cash, money orders, and credit card. Credit card purchases are subject to an additional fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are filling out your application before arrival, please make sure you use BLACK INK ONLY. If you fill it out online, please print 1 sided pages. Also, filling in the Social Security number on the application is a requirement. Please come prepared.

Passport Books
Standard Processing time is 8-11 weeks. For persons ages sixteen and older, a non-expedited passport book is $165. Two separate checks are needed: $130 payable to "US Dept. of State" and $35 processing fee payable to "Village of Webster." Photos are an additional $12 payable to "Village of Webster." For persons ages fifteen and younger, the fee for a non-expedited passport book is $135. Two separate checks are needed: $100 payable to "US Dept. of State" and $35 processing fee payable to "Village of Webster". Photos are an additional $12 payable to "Village of Webster." Expedited processing is up to 5-7 weeks and is an additional $60.00 per application and must be included in the check made out to the US Dept. of State. (Both parents or legal guardians and child must be present to sign for a child under 16. One parent or legal guardian should plan to accompany 16 and 17 year old children.) |
Passport Cards

For persons ages fifteen and younger, a non-expedited passport card is $50. Two separate checks are needed: $15 payable to "US Dept. of State" and $35 processing fee payable to "Village of Webster". Photos are an additional $12 payable to "Village of Webster." Passport cards are not eligible for expedited processing. (Both parents or legal guardians and child must be present to sign for a child under 16. One parent or legal guardian should plan to accompany 16 and 17 year old children.) |

First time applicants must bring the following:

- Original or Certified Birth Certificate from the Department of Health with a raised seal and both parents names on it
- Valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or state ID card)
- Proof of name change if different from photo ID (original marriage certificate, etc.)
For Applicants Ages 15 & younger:
- Original or Certified Birth Certificate from the Department of Health with a raised seal and both parents names on it.
- Both parents or legal guardians must be present with valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or state ID card).
For Applicants Ages 16 & 17:
- Original or Certified Birth Certificate from the Department of Health with a raised seal and both parents names on it.
- Valid photo ID (Learners Permits may be accepted)
- One parent consent will be required with valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or state ID card)
