Welcome to the Village of Webster website!
This site will provide you with information about our beautiful Village and all of the various festivals and events, as well as our many services. You may contact us at (585) 265-3770 or by visiting our office Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM with your comments, questions, or concerns. We are also conveniently open on Thursday evenings until 6:30 PM.

Passport applications* can be processed between the following hours:
Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
*Adult Renewals will only be processed if the photo is taken in our office.
Photos are $12.00.
Payment may be made with cash, checks, or credit/debit. Checks are the preferred payment method (2 are generally required). If a credit/debit card is used, an additional fee will be added to your total. We also accept money orders. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are planning on filling out your application before arrival, please print 1 sided pages and make sure you use BLACK INK ONLY. Also, filling in your Social Security number on the application is a requirement. Please come prepared.
