Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

Summer 2024 kicked off our upgrade project at the Village Wastewater Treatment Plant!

This project will modernize and expand plant operations, to best serve our residents well into the future.

Project Improvements Include:

- (2) Digesters will be cleaned out and both rehabbed to include:
          - Sandblasting
          - Interior epoxy coating
          - Rehab any deteriorating concrete
          - Replace interior piping
          - Paint exterior surface
- (4) New sludge pumps and operating valves and controls
- (2) New sludge recirculation pumps
- New building heaters
- New digester heat exchanger
- New 2nd backup generator
- (3) New scum troughs
- New chemical tanks
- Fix any deteriorating concrete, on plant tanks
