Webster Economic Access Project

The Village of Webster has been awarded $1,838,000 from Empire State Development towards the rehabilitation and modernization of 8.5 lane-miles of primary roads within the Xerox Corporation industrial campus.

Dubbed the Webster Economic Access Project, this cooperative effort of the Village and Town of Webster and Xerox Corporation seeks to right-size and rehabilitate aging private infrastructure and bring it into the public domain to expand access within the campus and the adjacent industrial zone.   With over 5.7MSF of buildings on 770 acres, the Xerox Webster Campus is the second largest singular industrial facility in the Finger Lakes Region and a major employment generator.

The documents and information were developed in 2019 as part of the funding application process and are available to provide prospective consultants with greater insight into the project.
