PASSPORT PROCESSING

The Village of Webster can process your passport application during normal business hours Monday through Friday however; for added convenience the office remains open until 7:00 pm every Thursday and staff will be on hand until 6:30 pm for passport processing. It’s a great convenience for families since both parents need to be present when applying for a child’s passport. 

Walk-ins are welcome, but you may wish to give us a call at 265-3770 for information on what to bring with you when you apply.

Adults 16+  $135.00

Children under 16   $105.00

(Both parents  and child must be present to sign for a child.)

Passport Cards

Adults 16+   $55.00

Children under 16   $40.00

(Both parents  and child must be present to sign for a child.)

You must bring with you the following:

• Original Birth Certificate from the Department of Health*  

         (If you were born in Monroe County, click here to order a copy of your birth certificate online)

• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of name change if different from driver’s license                       (marriage certificate, etc.)
• Expired or latest passport

 

For All Minors Ages 16 & 17:

• Each minor child shall appear in person.
• One parent consent will be required with photo identification.

• Driving Permits are NOT valid identification!

* Beginning April 1, 2011 all US birth Certificates submitted for minor AND adult passport applications must contain the name of the parent(s) in addition to the previous requirements.
