This site will provide you with information about our beautiful Village and all of the various festivals and events, as well as our many services.

Village of Webster Secures Funding for $1 Million Project to Improve Community Gateways and Enhance Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety
Passport processing is done Monday - Friday only during the following hours:

Adult Renewals will only be processed if photo is taken here. Photos are an additional $10.00.
Checks are the preferred payment method (2 are generally required), however we accept other forms of payment as well. If a credit or debit card is used, an additional fee will be added to your total. NYS DOT plans for the week of 8/24/2015
SOUTH AVE AND NORTH AVE
Continue with Curb and sidewalk removal/ excavation on west side of South Ave. from Firehouse driveway to four corners. The driveway will be inaccessible for a period of time while the curbing is removed. Road plates will be installed ASAP to allow access. The front apron will be closed for a period of or approx. a week and a half to allow the concrete to cure ( plan now is for new curbs Monday of next week)
Jump to West side of North Ave. and work from four corners to Reynolds removing all curbing and some sidewalks. Plan is to plate Dunkin Donuts exit to North Ave and Village lot (behind Art Stop) to North Ave. Plan includes that these two areas will be marked exit only. No entry from North Ave.
If four Corners to Reynolds work is complete, plan is to move to north end and remove curbing along west side of North Ave near cold storage building.
Porous binder paving, north side of East Main, Mobile to approx. 200 East Main. Possibly true and level (pothole paving) East Main- Expect rolling lane shifts and flaggers.
Pave porous top coat and continue paving north side of East Main Street. Move to South side and continue paving South edge of East Main Street

The plan is to treat the Phillips Road intersection as a separate paving area, Looking at possibility paving on Saturday.
EXPECT DELAYS, LANE SHIFTS AND CLOSURES DURING PAVING OPERATIONS. Access to East Main from side streets will be blocked for extended periods of time during paving.
The right lane on Route 104 between Salt Road and Route 250 in the westbound direction in Webster will be closed beginning on Monday, August 17, for bridge rehabilitation work. All entrance and exit ramps will remain open. This lane closure is expected to be in place through mid-November.
This work is part of a larger project to rehabilitate 17 bridges on Route 104 between Salt Road and Dewitt Road.
Construction this year will include the right lane of westbound Route 104 bridges at Salt Road, Phillips Road, and Route 250. The remainder of the work will resume in the summer of 2016.
